Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide free shipping across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is within 7 business days from shipping, depending on location and courier conditions.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India via Shiprocket and its courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Xpressbees, etc.) depending on PIN-code serviceability.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. Pre-order and limited-drop items display an expected ship date on the product page.

Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery is within 7 business days from shipping, depending on your location. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free across India for all orders placed through this website.

Tracking

Once shipped you'll receive an email and SMS with the AWB number and a live tracking link, also available under Account → Orders.

Undelivered / RTO

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal, we'll contact you to review the case. Re-delivery, cancellation, or any refund is not automatic and may have outbound, return, payment-gateway, or handling costs deducted where legally permitted.

Damaged in transit

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and email [email protected] with photos/video within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases may receive a replacement, repair support, or refund where applicable. Customer-damaged, used, modified, or incomplete products are not eligible.
