By using Universal Trader India (“Website”), you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility – Users must be 18+ or supervised by a guardian.
2. Products & Pricing – Prices are in INR and may change without notice. Images are for reference only.
3. Orders – Orders are confirmed only after dispatch. We may cancel/reject orders at our discretion.
4. Payments – Accepted via [UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets / COD]. You authorize us to charge for your order.
5. Shipping – Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss passes on delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds – Requests must be made within [X days] for eligible reasons (damage, wrong item, etc.). Non-returnable items include custom or hygiene products. Refunds processed after inspection.
